Internal Coordinator
The Internal team, led by the Vice-President of Internal, plays a vital role in overseeing Human Resources, internal affairs, and member engagement within Enactus. They work to ensure that members are actively engaged in their roles, cultivate positive relationships within and outside the organization, and support continuous training and development for all members. The Internal team acts as a support system for members, facilitating a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive and contribute to the overall success of Enactus.
This year, the Internal team will be focusing on:
Enhancing member engagement within Enactus.
Improving internal communication and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Strengthening relationships with alumni and external partners.
Implementing effective training and professional development programs (e.g., workshops, events) for all members.
Providing ongoing support, resources, and tools to team members to promote mental health and well-being.

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON THINGS LIKE: (Tasks)
Running member engagement initiatives.
Assisting in fostering a positive organizational structure.
Strengthening relationships with alumni and external partners.
Organizing and executing events and workshops (with a focus on professional development and mental health).
Helping to organize both Enactus competitions and team retreats.
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding-associated tasks.
Promoting mental health and well-being within the organization.
